Work-life wellbeing coaching
Do you feel run down, lacking in energy and frustrated? Is your work-life balance off kilter and you find there’s more ‘work’ and less ‘life’ going on?
Whether you work for others or for yourself, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed sometimes with work pressures. We can all take our eyes off the goal sometimes.
But you can change that.
Resetting your work-life balance
By breaking the pattern, getting a fresh perspective and re-setting your goals, you can discover a work-life balance that works for you.
Let me help you hit the restart button and develop a vision of where you want to be. Through coaching and hypnotherapy, we’ll build an action plan to target your personal challenges and find a clear way forward.
I will work with you to unravel the challenges you face, give you some much-needed clarity and a fresh perspective. This will help you to make life-changing decisions that will leave you revitalised, empowered and ready to restore your work-life balance.
Who I can help
Work-life wellbeing coaching is ideal for solopreneurs, small business owners or those in stand-alone jobs with little team or peer support. Through coaching and hypnotherapy (where relevant), we will work together to change your patterns of thinking and deal with your limiting beliefs, negative thoughts and fears.
Don’t worry if hypnotherapy is not for you, we can still help you unravel the puzzle with coaching alone. But do have a look at my FAQs, as these might dispel some concerns you may have
Where I work
Coaching is not location specific as I do this online so we can both be based anywhere in the world.
Is your job affecting your wellbeing?
If you think your job is affecting your wellbeing, take a look at my career change coaching page. Exploring where you are and where you’d like to be with your career can make a big difference to your work-life wellbeing.
Sometimes, simple changes within your existing career will help; it’s not always about completely changing career.
Setting boundaries is a way of caring for myself. It doesn’t make me mean, selfish or uncaring (just) because I don’t do things your way. I care about me, too.
